Custom Tray Resin V1 is a biocompatible material that prints quickly and delivers accurate, repeatable impressions with no variation. It is perfect for creating custom impression trays for implants, dentures, crowns, bridges, and other complex restorative work. Digital fabrication means you get accurate, repeatable impressions—no guesswork, no variation. With 200-micron layer heights, you can print full trays quickly, cut down on hands-on time, and keep things moving efficiently. This resin is available in a 1-liter volume for Formlabs Form 4B, Form 4BL , and a 1 liter volume for Form 2, Form 3B, Form 3B+, and Form 3BL SLA printers.
