Product Description

This glass-filled nylon powder is biocompatible, offers high-performance mechanical properties, and is chemical and heat resistant. The combined benefits of nylon and glass make this material well-suited for demanding industrial-grade applications, load-bearing parts, and anything else requiring strong resistance to wear and tear.

Features:

  • Enhanced Stiffness - The addition of glass fiber significantly increases strength and durability
  • Dimensional Accuracy - High print resolution and low shrinkage produce accurate dimensions and very fine details
  • Heat Resistance - Suitable for applications where thermal stability is essential
  • Chemical Resilience - Resistant to a range of chemicals, including oils, greases, and solvents

Powder Color: Dark Gray

Refresh Rate: Print with up to 50% recycled powder to get the most out of your material

Post-Processing: Parts printed with Nylon 12 GF Powder can be easily finished, sanded, and polished

Please Note: Material properties may vary based on part design and manufacturing practices. It is the manufacturer’s responsibility to validate the suitability of the printed parts for the intended use.
