Product Description
The 3DEXPERIENCE® User Essentials: Bill of Material Management course is intended as a first-pass introduction to BOM in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This premium GoEngineer class provides a foundational understanding of how to create, organize, and efficiently manage BOM structures in a collaborative, cloud-based environment.
Participants will explore the most commonly-used functionalities and commands related to generating a comprehensive Engineering BOM. This training also introduces several auxiliary Roles within the platform, each presented in the context of specific tasks that support the development of a comprehensive Bill of Materials. Upon completing the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and essential tools needed to navigate BOM-related tasks on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with confidence.
Length: 30 days access from the time the course is started.
Prerequisites:
- Completion of 3DEXPERIENCE User Essentials: Web UI or similar experience
- Access to a CAD System with the appropriate Role to initially save data to the platform
- A basic understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE platform fundamentals, including how to build dashboards, perform searches, use the Bookmark Editor, and navigate the 3DEXPERIENCE user interface
