Print biocompatible, elastomeric parts with high-strength, skin-safe TPU 90A Powder. This flexible material prints quickly, handles details, and is an excellent choice for a wide range of end-use parts and prototypes. TPU 90A has a high tear strength and stands up to everyday use. This material is perfect for wearable parts, as well as padding, dampering, and cushioning.

Refresh Rate: Print with up to 80% recycled powder to get the most out of your material.

Please Note: Parts printed with this powder require post-processing. When blasting parts printed with TPU 90A, Formlabs recommends using 40—50 grit (313—387 Œºm) glass media, which is larger than the 212—300 µm / 50—70 mesh size media generally recommended for the Fuse Blast. If using this powder with the Fuse Sift, please check that the firmware is up to date.
