Form Studio Wash+Cure

The Formlabs Form Studio Wash+Cure combines resin washing and UV post-curing into a single, compact unit, significantly reducing the equipment footprint required to post-process SLA 3D printed parts. Designed specifically for the Form Studio 1 workflow, it delivers an easy, streamlined solution to clean uncured resin and complete the curing process without needing separate wash and cure stations.

In washing mode, an internal impeller circulates cleaning solvent around printed parts to thoroughly remove residual resin. Parts can be washed directly on the build platform or placed inside the included basket, which can be lifted out of the solvent to drain and air dry. Once parts are washed and dry, the unit easily converts to curing mode using a stowable glass turntable and a 405 nm UV light array, bringing printed parts to their final mechanical properties, strength, and surface finish.

Please note that the Form Studio 1 Wash+Cure currently has an extended lead time. The estimated shipping timeline is approximately 4 weeks (expected delivery in December 2026 or early January 2027). Orders will be fulfilled in the sequence they are received.
