Product Description

BioMed Clear Resin V1 is a transparent, biocompatible material for building medical and dental parts that require contact. It is appropriate for long-term skin contact (more than 30 days), breathing gas pathways, and mucosal membrane contact (more than 30 hours). This material is also appropriate for short-term contact (less than 24 hours) with bone, tissue, and dentin.

Parts printed with BioMed Clear Resin are compatible with common solvent disinfection and sterilization methods. With wear resistance and low water absorption, BioMed Clear is well-suited for a variety of pharmaceutical and medical applications.

It is available in a 1-liter volume and is compatible with several Formlabs SLA printers, including Form 3B, Form 3BL, Form 4B, and Form 4BL.

This 3D printing resin has passed rigorous biocompatibility testing and is a USP Class VI certified material. BioMed Clear Resin is manufactured in Formlabs' FDA-registered, ISO 13485 certified facility and is supported with an FDA Device Master File.
