BioMed Durable Resin V1 is an impact-resistant, biocompatible material for making shatter- and abrasion-resistant medical and dental parts that require body contact. This material is suitable for long-term skin contact (more than 30 days), mucosal membranes (more than 30 hours), and is also appropriate for short-term contact (less than 24 hours) with tissue, bone, and dentin.

This 3D printing resin is available in a 1-liter volume and is compatible with several Formlabs SLA printers, including Form 2, Form 3B, Form 3B+, Form 3BL, Form 4B, and Form 4BL.

This material has passed rigorous biocompatibility testing and is a USP Class VI certified material. BioMed Black Resin is manufactured in Formlabs' FDA-registered, ISO 13485 certified facility.
