The Form 4 Resin Tank raises the bar with its advanced dual-film construction. The inner/top layer of the tank's film is stretchy, chemically inert, and secured with a high-tension steel frame. This surface has low peel force, ensuring the gentle release of each resin layer as it is printed. The outer/bottom layer of film is flexible and stronger than the standard FEP film other resin tanks use, protecting the tank from warping, punctures, and scratches.

As far as the container itself goes, it is generously oversized, has an easy-pour spout to help prevent accidental spills, and its cover doubles as a reusable lid with a stackable design. The Form 4 3D Printer uses simple latches to secure the tank, and the printer’s pre-calibrated Leveling Sensor ensures it is flat for accurate liquid resin measurement and distribution.

The Form 4 Printer’s LPU screen features a unique and proprietary texture that allows passive airflow between the resin tank and LPU, preventing suction and further reducing peel force. This tank was built for longevity, and when using Form 4 resins, it will maintain a consistent print quality for more than 75,000 layers.

Do not store your resin in the Resin Tank. Liquid resin should be kept away from sunlight and UV light.

You'll Also Need: One Resin Mixer per Resin Tank. Dedicating a specific tank to each resin makes switching materials as easy as placing a new tank into the printer. Each Resin Tank should be paired with its own Resin Mixer to ensure consistent quality.
