With a heat deflection temperature of approximately 110°C / 230°F, it is well suited for functional components, manufacturing aids, and tooling that would push standard 3D printing resins beyond their thermal limits.

Built around a combination of stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability, P3 Deflect 110 gives manufacturers a practical option for producing durable parts without immediately turning to machined thermoplastics. Its polyurethane-based formulation is also resistant to water and chemicals and provides long-term UV stability, helping printed parts maintain reliable performance in demanding production environments.

P3 Deflect 110 is designed for applications where both thermal resistance and structural rigidity matter. The material delivers an ultimate tensile strength of 74 MPa, flexural strength of 120 MPa, and flexural modulus of 3,100 MPa, giving printed components the stiffness needed for functional use, fixtures, and tooling. Its glass transition temperature reaches 143°C / 289°F, providing additional thermal headroom for applications exposed to elevated operating temperatures.

This balance of thermal and mechanical properties makes the material particularly useful for automotive under-the-hood components, brackets, housings, industrial machinery parts, jigs, fixtures, molding applications, and functional validation parts where dimensional accuracy needs to be maintained under heat and mechanical loading.
