Product Description

Over time, the high-pressure and high-velocity of water and abrasive causes your WAZER's nozzle to wear down and require a replacement. This kit comes with everything you need, and, for best performance, all components should be replaced at the same time.

Kit Components

• (1x) Jewel Orifice: The nozzle orifice is made with a high-density ruby gemstone and converts high-pressure water into a high-velocity stream that enters the Mixing Chamber. The ruby orifice is enclosed in stainless steel housing.
• (2x) Abrasive Hose: The flexible abrasive hose introduces garnet abrasive into the Mixing Chamber. The hose has two stainless steel ends with o-rings.
• (1x) Mixing Chamber: The high-velocity water and abrasive are mixed in this chamber. It is made with corrosion- and abrasion-resistant stainless steel.
• (1x) Mixing Tube: After the Mixing Chamber, the high-velocity water/abrasive mixture is concentrated into a powerful stream that is blasted out of the nozzle to cut your material. This tough tube is made with wear-resistant tungsten carbide.
• (3x) Nozzle Cover: This cover is made with high-durometer silicone rubber and reduces wear to the nozzle by shielding against indirect splashing that may come from the waterjet stream.
• (1x) Z-Axis Assembly: This adjustable mechanism holds the nozzle vertically, enabling you to position the nozzle just above the cutting material. This allows you to have a precise and optimal "stand-off" distance.
• (1x) Nozzle Height Tool: This convenient and precise calibration tool sits on top of the nozzle and allows for fine adjustments along the z-axis.
