The Onulis CleanPoint Wash Station makes post-processing 3D printed parts easier than ever with its fully-automated and customizable sequential cleaning features. When 3D printing with P3, SLA, DLP, and LCD technologies, proper washing is essential to cleaning small, delicate details and creating smooth surface finishes. The CleanPoint includes a robotic lift for hands-free operation, pre-programmed and custom wash profiles that provide accurate timing, vortex directional control to switch the direction of solvent flow, tank-specific timing for extra accuracy, and fill level settings that ensure full immersion.

Traditional wash methods for 3D printed resins rely on user-monitored timing and hands-on processes that can lead to inconsistencies and solvent overexposure. If you soak a part too long, it can become can softened, warped, or damaged. If you take it out too soon, a sticky film can develop. CleanPoint users achieve reliable, repeatable results with pre-programmed settings and customizable profiles. Wash times can be adjusted for custom materials or complex parts that require additional cleaning time.

The CleanPoint features a two-tank robotic handling system that keeps everything consistent and hands-free. Simply place your 3D printed parts into the basket, attach the basket to the lift assembly, tap a few buttons, and let the CleanPoint take over. First, the basket is automatically lowered into the primary "dirty" tank, where the majority of uncured resin is stripped away. Next, the basket is transferred to a secondary "clean" tank for a spotless final rinse. When the timing is right, the basket is lifted from the secondary tank, allowing the basket to drain and parts to dry. The CleanPoint is compatible with IPA, TPM, and water-based cleaning detergents and cleans up to a full Origin build size (7.5" × 4.25" × 14.5").
