CrossLink Thermal Post-Curing Oven
The Onulis CrossLink is a thermal post-curing station that uses controlled heat to help certain 3D printed photopolymer resins reach their intended mechanical properties. Instead of requiring the operator to calculate temperatures, durations, and thermal ramp times, the system automatically manages the curing cycle, reducing variation across parts and eliminating the need for constant supervision. It lets users create custom settings and includes pre-programmed profiles for validated P3, SLA, DLP, and LCD materials. The CrossLink features built-in carbon air filtration and automatic safety door locks to support cleaner, safer operation.
After washing and UV curing, some 3D printed materials require thermal curing to achieve their true strength, durability, and dimensional stability. The CrossLink operates across a 41°F to 572°F (5°C to 300°C) temperature range and uses forced convection and intelligent PID temperature control to maintain a carefully controlled environment. Instead of curing one part at a time, the 16.5" × 17.7" × 13.8" interior chamber includes two adjustable shelves and the capacity to process several parts within a single cycle.
The CrossLink helps maintain consistent post-processing across operators and production batches. It accommodates multi-step curing profiles, allowing temperature and timing to change at different stages of the curing process rather than using one temperature for a fixed duration. Simply select your material using the Onulis Workflow Guide, choose the corresponding preset program on the touchscreen interface, and start the cycle. Users can also create and save their own custom profiles with temperature setpoints, ramp times, and hold times. The CrossLink provides a clean, hands-off solution for repeatable, engineering-grade results.
